" The taste of chocolate cover, used by chocolatiers such Joël Durand for their own production depends mainly on the aromatic quality of cocoa beans selected. 

It's my job, as my grandfather and my father to pick up everywhere in the world cocoa with character, elegant, elegant chocolates which are proud of their origins .

Selected on the place of production, followed throughout the picking, drying and roasting, the beans grands crus give birth to rare covers chocolate.

Ideally located in the old town of Saint Rémy de Provence, Monique
selects cheeses from here and elsewhere and refines them with care and
love in his 12th century cellar.



CHEESE TASTING all day, for groups and individuals in a private room, dedicated to the tasting:
Charcuterie / cheeses with a nice selection of wines from the Vallée des Baux
