Any furnished Holiday rental must first be subject to surrender, the lessee, if any, state specifying the description of the leased premises, their situation in the housing and rental conditions.
The law requires that there be an exchange of the description and the lease, the contract does not become official until both parties have signed. The capacity of an apartment or house is strictly determined and can not be exceeded unless agreed between both parties.
The price of self-catering holidays is a free debate between the landlord and the lessee, if any. It chose to establish appropriate to ask the rental conditions (stamp for reply). Still, rates are shown in this guide but must be confirmed by the landlord before signing the contract.

TAXES: The City of Saint-Remy-de-Provence is subject to the application of the tax by-law of June 30, 1983, and pursuant to the Act of September 24, 1919. The list published by the O furnished. T. serves as a reference for the municipality of St-Remy for the application of the tax. This fee must be paid by tenants to owners by the owners and the municipality of Saint-Remy-de-Provence.
